TB Diagnosis in Advanced HIV Disease

Tuberculosis (TB) is a leading cause of death in South Africa. In 2020, there were an estimated 9.9 million new cases of TB and ≈1.5 million deaths from TB worldwide. Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) can increase the risk of active TB up to 26 times, which leads to atypical clinical manifestations of TB and further complicates diagnosis and treatment, and ultimately affects its prognosis. This webinar will help HCWs navigate the diagnosis of TB in patients with advanced HIV disease. Learn More Here: https://www.gpclinicalforum.com 2 CPD Point is Allocated
