Tuberculosis-immune reconstitution inflammatory syndrome is an excessive immune response against Mycobacterium tuberculosis. In HIV-infected patients the incidence of TB-IRIS in patients on ART treatment IS 15.7% with a mortality of 3.2%. This webinar will summarize the epidemiology, pathogenic mechanisms, diagnosis, clinical manifestations, and treatment options of TB-IRIS.
