Management of Complicated TB in HIV

The Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) has long been known to alter the clinical presentation of tuberculosis (TB), which varies according to the time of occurrence of TB infection and the level of immunodeficiency. HIV co-infection modifies the natural history, clinical presentation and often leads to complications. This course will review TB complications in HIV co-infection. 2 CPDs are allocated.
