Bioethical Mediation

Mediation is a voluntary process whereby a neutral and impartial third party “the mediator” is present to facilitate communication and negotiation between the disputing parties so that amicable settlements can be agreed. This webinar will focus on Bioethical Mediation as a manner in which to de-escalate medico-legal claims in a hospital setting.
